• If climate compensation is enabled, the customer will be redirected to the CO2 data collect page at the end of the payment process.

• For Checkout integrations, we need to consider two scenarios when a returnUrl is specified, depending on the value of the skip_confirmation parameter: if skip_confirmation is set to true: after the original payment is completed, the customer is redirected to the page where they can enter the information required for the CO₂ compensation. Once the compensation payment is completed, the customer is redirected directly to the returnUrl instead of the end page; if skip_confirmation is set to false or is not specified: after the original payment is completed, the customer is redirected to the page where they can enter the information required for the CO₂ compensation. Once the compensation payment is completed, the CO₂ compensation end page is displayed. On this page, a "Return to overview" button is shown, which redirects the customer directly to the returnUrl.
