Created possibility to generate whitelist for send mail/sms and review for the refund fee
Create an UI to select email and phone number whitelists that are able to receive mail and sms in test environment

  • Added a aparameter in backend/config/params-local.php where we can set “restrictCommunication” to true/false

  • This will activate in system admin settings a menu entry “Restrict Communication” where we can define an Email whitelist and a Phone number whitelist that are able to receive system notification: for all others mail/phone a warning will appear that indicate that the given mail/phone are not included in the whitelist so no mail/sms will be sent

Activate "Update Cards" button also for the client: now only visible in ghost mode
