Fixes pricelist use when SwedBank activated
Adjust system invoice fee

  • Created migration to permit to be null for cardType field in pricelist table
  • Added to the pricelist possibility to have "all" payment method (card, swish, etc...)
  • Added to the pricelist possibility to have "all" card type (private, corporate, etc...)
  • Added pricelist also for Trustly and Invoice and Swish via SwedBank
  • Fixed in receipt (both endpage and pdf) to correctly view if the payment has been done with method different than card
  • Fixed in fundraiser minor issues
